... and the ghost of you and me remains.
Everyday.
I think I have tried nigh-everything possible to get you out of my mind.
To let go.
To move on.
And it angers me that I can't.
Am I so weak that I can't get over you?
While I'd love to say "Hell no," I'm not there yet.
It's incredibly difficult for me.
Because frankly, I still love you.
And I was so true to it.
And am still true to it.
It's been months since I've talked to you.
I've seen you here and there, but made no point to get your attention.
All for "getting over it."
But I can't.
It's time for Divine Intervention, for God to help me, because no matter what I do to move on from the ghost of you and me, I'm failing.
God, please help me.
I am the Dragon reborn... I have finally rediscovered myself and my way. This is the way of the Dragon... This is the blog of a college graduate with a bio degree and a biochem degree, finding within himself to balance his need for combat and his desire to become a physician. Enjoy...

Jeeeeeeeebus Superman...
Let's talk about an influx of Superman.
In the past few weeks, I've seen a bunch of different ANIMATED versions of Superman on TV and DVD.
But let's start from the top...

Superman in Superman: The Animated Series (The best in my opinion)

Superman in Justice League / Justice League Unlimited What's the deal with the squint?

Superman in Superman: Doomsday
Pretty awesome, but I don't like them cheekbones

The Supermen in Legion of Superheroes
I dunno what to make of the left. It's kinda love/hate... (He's a fighting-bred clone)
The one on the right is supposed to be a younger version of the man, which I guess works. Head's a little big, but in other scenes I've seen, the body's too big.

And finally, the new Superman version that debuted in The Batman.
Kinda pretty boy looking. The curl's kinda big, and I don't like the color scheme (in the daytime scenes too), but I DO kinda like how the cape drapes on his shoulders. And the S, is very consistently drawn very well. I like.

My windowsill is becoming a fruit fly and gnat graveyard...
My roommate's cool, but he leaves the windows open. And uninvited flies invite themselves in...

Batman: The Animated Series: Original versus Redesign
I must say that the original series was dynamic and colorful, but sometimes, Batman just seemed fat.
Though I DO like the redesigns of many of the characters in the redesigned series, including Batman himself, I find myself sometimes missing the blue on Batman. But overall, the redesign of Batman is better with no yellow.
I like the stylistic choices made for the new Robin, the young Tim Drake, though the Robin design in the original series will always be a classic.
Other redesigned characters, like Baby Doll, aren't nearly as flamboyant, dynamic, or maniacal as she was in the original series. Killer Croc's redesign, however, looks way more kickass than the original. Catwoman's redesign sucks. The original was way sexier. The Joker looked less menacing in the redesign, but both are great, the old version being really scary, and the redesign being funnily and pleasantly comedic. It is of note that Joker underwent a third redesign, used in Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker and Justice League, and it was downright SCARY AS HELL.
The redesign looks just sterile sometimes though, kinda plain. On the other hand, it looks more consistent than the original.
On the writing side, both had some of the most fantastic stories written...
With some reorganizing, this rant could probably have been paragraphed better, but I won't bother. This is a blog.
End rant.

What the hell have I been thinking? What the hell is wrong with me? SERIOUSLY...
God, HELP ME PLEASE.

Flippin' through and turned to Patch Adams for a bit...
There's that patient in room 305, who's sleeping all the time because he's in pain and he's terminal...
There's plenty of time to sleep when you're dead.

So I finished "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows"...
... and I must say that it's going to be a damn expensive movie.

"The virtuous spirit has no need for thanks or approval, only the conviction that what has been done is right."
It is too easy to make myself train physically, but a much greater challenge to train myself mentally. And therefore, the latter is clearly the more worthwhile.

Today, I came to a realization...
If I don't exercise/train, I don't feel right for the whole day until I do.

This is post # 400
The number 4 is bad...
And thus my news is.
I've never paced around, feeling so helpless.
My heart is breaking.
But I can only help by setting the example that is so very much needed.

Thank you, Lord. I know that perhaps I shouldn't be doing so, but please understand...
My ego took a huge blow after the leech.
But this one surpasses the leech, and restored my confidence.
So thank you.
I realize nothing needs to happen now, but if it does, I wouldn't stop it.
And at the same time, my self-development must still continue.
Thank you.

Everything happens for a reason...
If it should've happened, it would've.

So I was surfin' porn websites...
... and it really made me wonder how they make money if most people simply upload the sets to file hosting sites..?
