light stretch

120 punch warmup

10 on each side of 3 different stretch kicks

2 X 3 min on the mitt punching, outboxer style

3 X 30 sec flutter kick (suuuuuuuuck)

Saturday:

Brief run

Stretch kick and punch

Went over TKD and anti-TKD strategies
